Do you have more than one job running at the same time?

No. We start a job and stay on site until it is complete

How soon after completion can I use my drive?

Your drive can safely be used immediately as the blocks have been compacted and not embedded in concrete

Will you leave extra blocks when you have finished my driveway?

Yes. We will leave you additional blocks

If one of the blocks on my driveway was damaged at a later date how easy would it be to replace it?

It is very easy to replace a block. Simply remove the damaged block with a screwdriver to ease it out, then replace it with one of the ones we have left with you

Do I really need to install curbs around my drive?

Yes. Curbs prevent the block paving from moving and provide an attractive edging to the design. In addition, they help protect the garden etc from cars straying off the designated drive

Will the colours last in my paving?

The manufacturers use high quality pigments to ensure that colours are resilient to change even though prolonged exposure to the sun will inevitably cause a degree of fading over time

Should I seal my paving?

This is really a matter of personal preference. Paving manufactureres would not suggest it unless they were being used indoors. Having said that, many customers do choose to seal paving in order to protect it against oil and other stains and to enhance the colour. We of course would be happy to quote to seal your paving

Can I lay paving myself?

We don't recommend this as it is a very skilled job. We have many years of experioence and can make a difficult job look easy. The appearance is key and we are sure that you want the job to enhance your property, in which case it is best left to the experts

I have a tree nearby - can you pave around it?

Yes, we do this quite often. We recommend leaving a gap of 1metre between the tree and the paving

Will you show me samples of paving colours?

We will always show you samples, we don't recommend that you pick a slab etc from a sales brochure as the colours always vary

Can I use block paving for a patio?

Block paving comes in a range of colours and styles to suit every property

Is the fencing you use treated?

All the fencing that we use is pressure treated

Can you show me previous work?

Yes, this can be arranged

Do you use pre-treated timber for decking?

Yes, ALL timber used for decking is tannalised to give longer life

Can you supply and construct a shed on an area of firm soil?

We would never erect a shed without establishing a solid foundation of either concrete or slabbing
